If you have old or unused eSIMs on your device, removing them can help free up space and refresh your eSIM list.
Once removed, return to this page - after a few minutes your easySim status should change to “Not installed”, allowing you to install it again. If you get stuck, please go the Help centre and 'Start a chat'.
