4G and 5G connectivity is available where supported by the local network and your device. Coverage and speeds can vary depending on your location, device, network conditions and the network available in that area.

Once you arrive in Canada, make sure your easySim is selected for Mobile Data and Data Roaming is switched on for the easySim line.
Install your Canada eSIM before travelling while you have a reliable internet connection. Installing the eSIM does not start your Canada country data bundle before you reach the destination.
When you arrive in Canada, turn on your easySim line, enable Data Roaming for the eSIM and select easySim for Mobile Data in your phone settings.
Your device must support eSIM technology and must not be locked to another mobile network. You can check compatibility before purchasing and follow the dedicated easySim installation guide for your device.
If you keep your primary SIM active for calls or SMS, check your home provider’s roaming charges. If you do not need your primary line while travelling, switching it off can help avoid unexpected roaming fees.
