My eSIM says Installed but I have a new phone

Your easySim may still be installed on your previous phone.

If you still have access to it, connect the old phone to WiFi and delete the eSIM. After a few minutes, you’ll then be able to install it on your new phone.

If you no longer have access to your old phone, don’t worry - simply visit the Help centre and select “Start a chat” and our team will help move your eSIM.
