Refund Eligibility

We accept refund requests up to 6 months after purchase date, provided that the eSIM:


  • Has not been activated, and

  • Has not been used (e.g., no data consumed or profile installed)


We offer refunds for incompatible devices, as we understand device compatibility can sometimes be unclear.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:


  1. Sign in to your account at www.easysim.global.

  2. Click here or navigate to "Help Centre" and click “Chat to an expert.”

  3. Select the reason “I would like a refund.”

  4. Provide the following information:


    • Device make and model

    • Your order number (begins with “es-”)

    • Reason for return

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.


Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 24 hours.

  • Please note the funds may take up to 10 bunsiness days to appear in your account.

  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
