Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests up to 6 months after purchase date, provided that the eSIM:
Has not been activated, and
Has not been used (e.g., no data consumed or profile installed)
We offer refunds for incompatible devices, as we understand device compatibility can sometimes be unclear.
To request a refund:
Sign in to your account at www.easysim.global.
Click here or navigate to "Help Centre" and click “Chat to an expert.”
Select the reason “I would like a refund.”
Provide the following information:
Device make and model
Your order number (begins with “es-”)
Reason for return
Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 24 hours.
Please note the funds may take up to 10 bunsiness days to appear in your account.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
