The promoter of this competition is easySim Ltd ("easySim"), whose registered office is at Unit 1.1 Central Point, Kirpal Road, Portsmouth, PO3 6FH.
Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and above. Employees of easySim and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The giveaway begins on [start date] and ends on [end date]. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
How to Enter:
For Instagram:
a) Follow our Instagram page, and,
b) Like the giveaway post, and,
c) Tag 3 friends in the comments of the giveaway post.
For Facebook:

b) Like the giveaway post, and,
c) Tag 3 friends in the comments of the giveaway post.
Winner Selection: [number] winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries. The draw will be conducted on [draw date].
Prize: Each winner will receive [prize]. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram or Facebook Messenger within 7 days of the draw date. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the prize and a new winner will be selected.
Delivery of Prize: Each winner to advise the email address of their easySim account for receiving the funds. If the winner does not have an easySim account, they will need to create an account here.
Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to have their name and Instagram handle or Facebook username used in any promotional material by easySim.
General Conditions: easySim reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway in the event of any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
Privacy: Personal data collected as part of the giveaway will be used in compliance with GDPR regulations and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Governing Law: The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
