Make sure your phone or tablet supports eSIM before you buy. Head to ‘eSIM compatibility’ in our Help Centre for a list of devices.
💡Pro tip: Can’t find your phone in the list? Dial *#06# on your phone. If you see an EID value, your phone is good to go!
Search for where you’re headed, then choose the data bundle size that fits your trip.
Once you’ve purchased, your eSIM will land in your inbox within 15 minutes with step-by-step installation instructions.
💡Pro tip: You’ll also find your eSIM in your account under “My data bundles & eSIMs.”
Your eSIM is valid for 6 months from purchase. You can install it right away - your data will only kick in once you arrive at your destination.
💡Bought a regional bundle but live inside that region? (e.g. live in the UK and purchased a Europe data bundle) Then your data could start immediately. In that case, it’s best to install your eSIM just before you travel.

💡Pro tip: Switch off your home SIM while travelling to avoid sneaky charges.
Our eSIMs are data-only — they don’t come with a phone number and aren’t designed for traditional calls or SMS.
But don’t worry — you can still stay connected! Apps like WhatsApp, FaceTime, Messenger, and Skype all work perfectly over data, so you can call and message just as you would at home.
If you’d prefer to use your regular mobile number for calls or texts, you can leave your Primary (home) SIM active for calls and SMS. Just remember: your home network may charge you for roaming, so always check with them before you travel.
Track your usage anytime when logged into your account. Need more data? Just grab another bundle for the same destination - it’ll be added to your existing eSIM and will kick in automatically when the previous data bundle runs out (no need to rescan your QR code).
Not this time. Each eSIM needs its own account and email address.
