I haven’t received my eSIM?

Within 10 minutes of purchase, your eSIM will be available to view on the Dashboard. Simply sign in to your account and tap 'Dashboard' in the menu.

If you have purchased a top-up 'in-country', we have added your new data to the same eSIM - you do not need to install again.
