If you have purchased a top-up 'in country', it will kick in as soon as the previous data bundle runs out. You DO NOT need to scan your QR code or install again.

If you have have purchase a data bundle for a different country, please make sure you have the correct eSIM installed. It's really easy to do - just sign in to your account and tap 'View eSIM' on the bundle you would like to use.
