Travel eSIMs can only be installed on devices that are NOT locked to a network.
For iPhones, go to Settings > General > About > Scroll down to Network Provider Lock > if it says ‘No SIM restrictions’ your phone is unlocked.
For Android handsets do not have this facility in settings so you may need to check with your provider or try a different network SIM in your phone and see if it connects.
