How do I remove an eSIM?

If you would like to remove an eSIM that is no longer required, please make sure your device is connected to WiFi and follow these steps:

iOS

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Tap Mobile Service (or Cellular).

  3. Tap the eSIM you want to erase.

  4. Tap Delete eSIM.

Android Devices

  1. Go to settings.

  2. Tap Network and Internet.

  3. Tap SIMs.

  4. Tap the eSIM that you want to erase.

  5. Tap Erase SIM.
