If you would like to remove an eSIM that is no longer required, please make sure your device is connected to WiFi and follow these steps:
iOS
Go to Settings.
Tap Mobile Service (or Cellular).
Tap the eSIM you want to erase.
Tap Delete eSIM.
Android Devices
Go to settings.
Tap Network and Internet.
Tap SIMs.
Tap the eSIM that you want to erase.
Tap Erase SIM.
