My top-up hasn’t activated?

If you have purchased a top-up 'in country', we have added the data bundle to your existing eSIM and it will kick in as soon as the previous data bundle runs out. You DO NOT need to install the eSIM again.

You will see your new data bundle here:

Tap ‘My eSIMs’

Tap 'Dashboard' in the menu.

If you have have purchased a data bundle for a different country, please make sure you have the correct eSIM installed.

If you are unsure, please go to our Help centre to ‘Start a chat’.
