My top-up hasn’t activated?

Good news - your new data has already been added to your eSIM.

To start using it, please make sure your easySim is selected for Mobile Data in your phone settings and that Data Roaming is turned on.

If it still isn’t working, try switching Airplane Mode on for a few seconds and then back off again - this usually refreshes the connection.
