Do I need to setup my APN?

If your eSIM is connected to a network but mobile data isn't working, check your APN settings:

  1. Sign in to your easySim account and tap View eSIM.

  2. Find your eSIM's ICCID.

  3. Open the APN settings for your eSIM on your phone.

  4. Enter the APN details that match the start of your ICCID.

ICCID starts with 8910
Name: easy
APN: globaldata

ICCID starts with 8932, 8943, 8944 or 8953
Name: easy
APN: data.esim

Save the settings, then switch Airplane Mode on and off or restart your phone.
